Who we are

Marguerite Dillard

She moved to Michigan in 01/2008 after 2 years in Chicago. She also lived in Germany, Japan, Belgium and Switzerland.
She gained experience as analyst after her MBA, Chicago GSB. Prior, she worked as buyer and management trainee.
She enjoys outdoor sports and lives in a house on a lake with her husband Remy.

Hadidja Hamadi

She lives in Michigan since 01/2003.
She currently works for DUCKER Worldwide as senior researcher and gained experience with Perot-Systems Audi as customer advocate and The YES Foundation ® in marketing/education.
She is mum of a boy and a girl.

Christelle Santarnecchi (2009)

She moved to Michigan in 08/2009 to support her partner, an incoming Ross MBA student.
She has over 6 years experience in business-to-business marketing and sales and a perfect knowledge of the High-Tech engineering industry.
Traveling and cooking are her favorite pastimes and she’s eco-friendly.

Virginie Malak (2008-2009)

She lived in Michigan from 2007 to 2009.
She has over 10 years experience in laboratory settings, and is currently seeking a position to pursue her career in the biotechnology/biomedical field.
She is the mum of a toddler girl. She likes hiking, theater and traveling.

Anne-Sophie Oury (2008-2009)

She lived in Michigan from 2007 to 2009. She also worked in Geneva for 2 years and studied 6 months in Singapore.
She has 10 years experience in marketing and is a graduate of ESC Rouen.
She graduated from the Finance Post-Master Certificate Program at Oakland University.
She is the mum of three boys.

Caroline Fallara (2008-2009)

She moved to Michigan in 07/2008 after 3 years in California. She also lived 5 years in Italy before moving here.
She is Communications Manager for an automotive supplier. She also gained a 4-years experience in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry.
She loves to travel and discover the specialties of each of the places she visits.

Blandine Lavaux (2008)

She lived in Michigan from 2006 to 2008. She also lived in Belgium.
While in MI, she co-founded of www.culturessence.com, a company that organizes travels to France.
She is the mum of two boys.

Gabrielle Retter (2008)

She lived in Michigan from 2003 until 2009. She also lived in Luxembourg and Germany.
She works part-time as IT consultant.
She is the mum of two girls. She is a passionate singer and a member of various choirs in the Detroit area.
